2 day GROWTH program

What is this about?

We have designed a two day experience for leaders that want to learn how to reach their goals and solve the complex problems they face. We have learned that you can't solve problems with the same thinking you used when you created them. A different approach, a change in mindset is needed. This change in your mindset is the focus of our two day GROWTH program.    

For whom?

This program is for leaders. All members of executive teams, management teams and intrapreneurs within organizations that aim for organizational growth and are willing to invest in theirselves.

Our mindset development* model is based on the latest insights in behavioral change and was developed from 19 frameworks of behavior change identified in a systematic literature review. 

What will you learn?

During this weekend you will learn how to develop your mindset. For practical reasons we've defined mindset as: ''how individuals and groups solve problems''. We will start this process with a dialogue concerning your compass, your mental world model, in particular concerning motivation. You will gain a better understanding of:

• What motivates your actions
• What influences your thinking
• What explains your feelings

This is often experienced as a process of personal truth seeking. Our coaches and your fellow practitioners will guide you through this personal transformative experience. When you have developed your compass it is time to set your course towards the desired transition or transformation within yourself and the organization. We will help with determining the current heading and carefully plot your new course. We will conduct an analysis of the environment to understand the driving forces of behavior within the organization and identify opportunities to contribute to:

• Your employee experience
• Your customer experience
• Your exploration of new business models
• Your exploitation of the current business model

​When your course is set it is time to make the transformation happen. We will teach you to use three problem solving strategies and the specific changes in mindset via our unique GROWTH model. You will increase your problem solving capability by learning to apply the basics of:

• Existential based problem solving: using introspection and ethics to reach goals no matter the situation.
• Experience based problem solving: using intuition and vision to reach goals in complex situations.
• Expert based problem solving: using intelligence and strategy to reach goals in complicated situations.

What should you know practically? 

• The investment is 1.750 euro per person (1.500 euro --> early bird booking, ask us about the conditions) 
• This includes all training materials, your hotel stay, all food and drinks (including a group dinner on Friday)
• The main language during our program is Dutch unless we host international guests than we will switch to English 
• The opportunity to stay a little longer on Texel and enjoy the island during the weekend (let us know)
• If the weather permits we will enjoy the outdoors and walk around the gorgeous island so dress comfortably 
• We start Friday at 9:00 and will have a group dinner around 18:00 hours. We will end on Saturday around 17:00 hours
